In just 40 minutes, you will experience a core-focused full body workout. In each group class, you will be trained by a CORE40 Instructor, who is masterful at combining the benefits of Pilates and weight training (strength), yoga (flexibility & mindfulness), and cardio (interval training) with less time, more intensity, and less stress on your joints.

CORE40 FULL BODY

Hardcore. Effective. Efficient. Safe. And fun. What’s not to love? Our signature class, using the revolutionary Lagree Fitness® method, was developed to give you the best possible workout in the shortest amount of time. Use slow movements (to target slow twitch muscle fibers, scientifically proven to burn more fat), resistance training (to build muscle strength), continuous tension (via spring resistance) and constant engagement of your core (on a moving platform) to push your muscles to maximum exertion and keep your heart rate elevated throughout. Stretch your limits as you burn 500-800 calories per class.

CORECYCLE

Power. Intensity. Cardio. A trifecta of awesomeness. CORECYCLE is core-focused endurance training at its finest. In 40 minutes you will leave sweaty, out of breath and inspired. Power through climbs and sprints to pulse-pounding music as you use your CORE to help you reach the finish line.

CORECOMBO

Megaformer + Cycle. A match made in heaven. In this 50-minute class, you’ll experience 25 minutes of shirt-drenching cardio and 25 minutes of Megaformer intensity. Sweat, strengthen, tone and burn. Get it all here.
