As a CORE40 Intern, not only are you excited to work hard and create results, you also desire an internship that will aid you in your long-term professional development within the fitness community. We are seeking candidates who are interested in learning what it takes to be a CORE40 instructor and eager to develop a deeper understanding of the Lagree Fitness Method.

As the Operational Catalyst, you are responsible for ensuring studios operate smoothly and maintain a 5-star client experience. You are passionate about systems, structures, and creating an organized flow for all levels of the business. You work well with a to-do list, and you enjoy technical problem solving.

Job Duties:

  • Supports the Operational Director to ensure all studios operate seamlessly (includes meeting with maintenance vendors, machine fixes, and on-call support)
  • Manages the front desk team – recruitment, training, on-boarding, scheduling and maintenance
  • Gives new team members a studio operational tour
  • Assists with studio supplies management
  • Assists with execution of retail strategies and management
  • Supports the Studio Director in promotional material displays
