We may not be able to see you at the studio yet, but we’re ready to bring our incredible CORE40 community together, outside! Join us for a healthy dose of Community Movement at the Park in our Lagree-inspired 40-minute outdoor bootcamp, led by our awesome team of CORE40 SuperTrainers!
This fusion-style class will help bring a new mindfulness to your movement. You can expect to move, laugh, sweat and feel good!
Please bring a yoga mat with you to class.
Requirements for taking an outdoor Community Movement session include:
– A face covering must be worn throughout the workout, unless you have a written medical exemption from a healthcare provider.
– A distance of 6′ between participants must be kept.
– You must bring your own mat, towel and water.
– Prior to taking class, you must complete the new liability waiver online.
– Class is limited to 12 total participants (including the instructor).
