Previously a sedentary wallflower, Truc is not your typical fitness instructor. She found Lagree Fitness in 2014 and it was love at first burn and shake. Despite falling off the machine in one her first classes and marveling in awe at the superhuman strength of others in class, she was hooked since and has yet find a workout as effective, varied, and fun.
She believes the mind and body feed into each other and the work you do in CORE40 pays off outside of class too. Exercise reduces stress and keeps your energy level up, while mental determination helps you focus and push yourself to the next level physically. As a UX Designer and former college radio DJ, you can expect thoughtful sequencing, empathy and encouragement, and all around good vibes. She is excited to empower people to become stronger, healthier, and happier and can’t wait to meet you in class!
